Responsibilities:
- Create, capture, and repurpose digital content across multiple social platforms including but not limited to: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, email
- Video production - shooting and editing videos to specific requirements
- Storyboarding
- Directing and ability to work with brand standards and messaging
- Capture and edit new lifestyle and product photography, as well as videos, for use on social media and email
- Create digital downloads with copy provided by team for private membership community, social media, and email campaigns
- Help storyboard frequent VLOGs
- You will be responsible for archiving files in a professional and logical way, in line with a pre-established format.
- Clear and strong audio integration. You will source and license music/audio to be used for various platforms and ensure it is in line with the Royal Change sound that represents the brand correctly.
- You will work closely with Sydney and Dustin, as well as any other applicable team members, through regular meetings and discussions to ensure alignment in strategy and execution

- 3-5 years of experience in videography or a visual story-telling field. Media experience – digital, TV, film preferred
- Demonstrate a keen visual eye and strong sense of what works with web videos and social video trends
- Strong editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, the Adobe Creative Suite Experience with lighting set up in different shooting environments
- Knowledge and use of DSLRs
